I purchased a very special book, for a friend's 60th bday, who was visiting from the states. I ordered the book with plenty of time to arrive before the date of gifting. The book didn't arrive. There is no contact number to call, they insist you email. "We aim to get back to you with 24hrs" 3days later they hadn't so emailed again. Very dismissive response. We will look into it. In the mean time my guess has flown back to America, with no special present and me looking stupid. Still not resolved. Now waiting for a refund as I've told the logistics partner DHL, also horrendous! To Return to sender.

The book is in excellent condition and arrived in good time despite the postal strike!

won't allow return - do not supply a label - item faulty - no communication - arrived late and lied about when they shipped.
